I developed a passion for fitness early on in my life. Growing up under the sunny skies of Southern California gave me the opportunity to play sports all year round. In high school I played football, baseball, ran track, and studied martial arts and boxing so personal training just felt natural to me.
I have over years training experience and over 25 years in the gym. I keep up on the latest exercise science to help you achieve your personal fitness goals.
